Maria Ruiz Manzano, Seville City Manager at Walks & Devour Tours
 
Born and raised in Seville, Maria returned to her hometown in 2013 after studying History and living abroad, drawn back by the city’s sunny skies, orange blossom scent, and vibrant atmosphere. She joined Devour Tours in 2016 as a guide, later moving into Seville operations, and now oversees daily operations across Spain and Portugal. Maria loves singing, painting, and staying active—but her biggest challenge is mastering the art of making delicious, perfectly-shaped croquetas, a skill she’s always working on! 
 
Cait English, Madrid City Manager at Walks & Devour Tours 
After arriving from Boston in 2016 with plans to study, Cait immediately felt a sense of belonging in Madrid. After completing her Master's in Spanish Philology in Madrid, she decided to try her luck and stay in Spain. She's been with Devour Tours since 2019, working closely with our restaurant partners and guide teams.  After work, you can find her at a tapas bar trying new wines and local delicacies, reading or our walking with her dog, Gilda. (Gilda is named after the original Basque pintxo!) 
 
Osane Redondo, San Sebastian City Manager at Walks & Devour Tours
A proud Basque local, Osane manages operations for Devour Tours in San Sebastian, and she's dedicated 20 years to sharing the unique food and culture of Spain. From guiding travelers through San Sebastian’s world-famous pintxos bars to organizing immersive culinary experiences, she’s passionate about connecting people with the heart of Spanish cuisine. Previously, she worked at the Tourist Office of Spain in New York, collaborating with renowned chefs and curating press trips and agent trips to showcase Spain’s finger-licking destinations. When she's not organizing a get-together at the Gastronomic Society where she's a member, she's busy collecting details for @eatingoutinss, where she displays the hidden gems of San Sebastian and beyond. 
 
Hanna Pentinmäki, Barcelona City Manager at Walks & Devour Tours 
Originally from Finland, Hanna studied in the Netherlands and worked in Malta, California, and London before settling in Barcelona over 10 years ago, where she immediately felt at home in the city’s vibrant atmosphere. She joined Walks in 2017 during its start-up phase in Barcelona and now oversees Product & Operations for both Walks & Devour. With a passion for sports, history, the outdoors and good food, Hanna is always planning her next adventure—and, of course, what delicious meals she’ll try along the way. In her free time, you’ll find her walking her dog, Ruud Van Nistelrooy, snorkeling in the Mediterranean, or enjoying a glass of cava and patatas bravas with friends.
